Job Title: Project Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Support Officer to join our team at Peregrine. As a Project Support Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of complex projects across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with planning and scheduling to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support, including project file management and secretariat services.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and respond to external requests for information.
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering projects and initiatives.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to balance conflicting demands.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and work effectively in complex environments.
  • Experience working in a changing environment, with a focus on meeting delivery deadlines.
  • Understanding of data acquisition and quality management principles.
  • Experience working with carriers operating in the air, rail, and maritime industries.
  • Knowledge of PNR/API/iAPI/UPT messaging.
  • Relevant certifications, such as APM Project Fundamentals or PRINCE 2 Foundation.
