Key Responsibilities- Assist with and maintain appropriate systems to enable effective planning and scheduling.
- Assist in maintaining project controls and in producing project reports.
- Responsible for project file management using robust version control.
- Organise key project meetings and provide secretariat support.
- Assist with maintaining the stakeholder log for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the focal point for project responses to external requests for information.
- Assist with and maintain risk and issue logs, escalating as appropriate.
- A proven track record of delivering projects and initiatives.
- Strong planning and organising skills combined with the ability to balance conflicting and changing demands.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think creatively and work constructively in complex environments.
- Experience of working in a changing environment, planning and collaborating effectively to manage workload and meet delivery deadlines.
- Experience of working with carriers operating within the air, rail and maritime industry.
- Understanding of the legal basis behind the acquisition of data and ability to explain this clearly to staff and internal and external stakeholders.
- Some understanding of PNR/ API/ iAPI /UPT messaging to enable effective engagement with stakeholders and industry partners to resolve connectivity issues and support data quality improvement.
- One or more of the following: APM Project Fundamentals, APM Project Management Qualification, PRINCE 2 Foundation, Managing Successful Programmes Foundation or Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner.
