About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Project Support Officer to join our team at Peregrine. As a key member of our Data Acquisition and Quality Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of complex projects across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with and maintain appropriate systems to enable effective planning and scheduling.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Provide administrative support, including project file management and secretariat duties.
  • Act as the focal point for project responses to external requests for information.
  • Assist with risk and issue management, escalating as necessary.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of delivering projects and initiatives.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to balance conflicting demands.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of working in a changing environment, with the ability to plan and collaborate effectively.
  • Understanding of the legal basis behind data acquisition and the ability to explain this clearly to staff and stakeholders.
  • Some understanding of PNR/API/iAPI/UPT messaging to enable effective engagement with stakeholders and industry partners.
