Head of HR Operations

Our client is a leading manufacturer that prioritizes quality in its products. With a strong order book and growth into various export markets, they are seeking an HR Business Partner to join their HR team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned HR professional with experience in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have exposure to a wide range of HR matters and legislative requirements.
The successful candidate will work closely with business units, supporting them through HR initiatives and strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading on recruitment, succession planning, and complex HR cases
- Developing business-enhancing HR initiatives
- Collaborating with the wider people team to review and improve services provided
Skill Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics environments
- CIPD Level 3 or 5
- Knowledge of HR legislation and policies
