Accountancy Practice Seeks Experienced Accounts Senior

A well-established accountancy practice in Tiverton is seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join their team. As an Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for preparing year-end accounts, tax, bookkeeping, and delivering a range of general practice services to a diverse client base.

About the Role

You will work closely with the management team to deliver high-quality services to clients and contribute to the growth and success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare year-end accounts, tax, and bookkeeping for clients
  • Deliver a range of general practice services, including VAT and other associated services
  • Work with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and client relationships
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recent experience in the accounting profession, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
