Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join our team in Tiverton. As a key member of our firm, you will be responsible for preparing year-end accounts, tax, bookkeeping, and VAT for a diverse range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare year-end accounts, tax, bookkeeping, and VAT for clients
- Deliver a wide range of general practice services to clients
- Work with managers and partners on planning and advisory projects
- Develop technical skills and progress in the firm
To be successful in this role, you will have a recent career background in the accounting profession, working for an independent accountancy firm or a Top 50, Mid Tier firm environment. You will have developed experience preparing accounts, tax, and providing other associated practice services to clients. Formal qualifications such as AAT or part ACCA are desirable, but not essential.
