Job Title: Night Concierge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Night Concierge to act as the first point of contact for residents in our Victoria site. As a Night Concierge, you will be the smiling face that welcomes residents, delivering excellent customer service and providing solutions to any problems that may arise during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for residents during the night shift
  • Delivering excellent resident service and going above and beyond to meet their needs
  • Providing practical and timely solutions to problems, including communicating maintenance issues with colleagues and managers
  • Helping with parcels and post queries
  • Working with residents to ensure the property remains a safe and enjoyable space for all residents during the night
  • Ensuring property bin stores are kept clean and tidy
  • Carrying out checks and building walks
  • Inspecting communal areas, including the plant room, lifts, and corridors, and ensuring they are kept clean
  • Dealing with issues or incidents and calling emergency services when needed
  • Working with the Maintenance and Day Teams to achieve the best results and solutions for residents 24/7
  • Writing a great handover for Day Team colleagues so they know what has happened during the shift and anything they need to follow up on
  • Understanding the importance of Health & Safety and Fire Safety in all activities and reporting anything that is not safe

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a Customer Service/Cocierge role
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Self-starter

Working Hours: 8pm to 8am - four on four off shift pattern

Salary: £28,780
