Event Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Manager to join our team at MorePeople. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing large-scale pet shows, working closely with our clients to ensure seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and logistics
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of event materials
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote events and engage with attendees
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and event permits

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in events management, preferably with consumer trade shows
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for pets and a commitment to delivering exceptional events
