Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Key Worker to join our team in a Gaelic Medium setting. As a key member of our early years team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children through the medium of Gaelic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver a curriculum that supports children's all-round learning and development in a Gaelic Medium setting.
  • Work closely with children, families, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young learners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of working with young children and their families in an early years setting.
  • Qualification that meets the Scottish Social Services Council's requirements for Practitioners.
  • Ability to speak and read Gaelic is essential.
