Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Key Worker to join our team in a Gaelic Medium setting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver a curriculum that supports children's all-round learning and development through the medium of Gaelic.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service that meets the needs of every child.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in childcare and education.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working with young children and their families in an early years setting.
  • A qualification that meets the Scottish Social Services Council's requirements for Practitioners.
  • The ability to speak and read Gaelic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
