Job Description:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous care experience with excellent customer service and management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and influencing capabilities.
  • The ability to demonstrate business growth targets and build good working relationships.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle, due to the need to travel throughout the community.


Qualifications:

You should be an experienced supervisor within the care sector, preferably home care. If you have a passion for caring and the motivation to help us achieve our ambitions, we would love to hear from you.

Schedule:

This role requires weekend availability, with a schedule that includes Monday to Friday. You will be covering areas such as Bromley, Orpington, Petts Wood, Chislehurst, West Wickham, and Beckenham.

Your mileage will be covered between client visits.
