Key responsibilities include making and receiving telephone calls, inputting data, checking and verifying information, and working as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be able to work towards defined business standards and processes, ensuring all information is administered in line with the Admissions and Appeals Code.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to organise workload and work independently as required. Relevant training will be provided.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of working from the office once or twice per week.
