## Job Title: Premises Officer

## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Premises Officer to join our Estates Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a customer-friendly and efficient service to meet the operational needs of our campus.

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide maintenance and repair services to our buildings and facilities
* Work collaboratively with the Estates Team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
* Respond to customer queries and requests in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

## Working Arrangements

* The Premises team works on a split-shift basis during the week to cover all hours of college business
* Shifts are worked on alternative weeks, am/pm
