Premises Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Premises Supervisor to join our team at Ambitious about Autism.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep and repair of our Residential and Education buildings, ensuring effective operation and service. This will involve carrying out general repair and maintenance tasks, testing fire alarm systems, and logging results.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in buildings maintenance and general handy work.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience using IT systems, predominantly MS Office packages.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
