Your primary focus will be on ensuring the effective operation and service of our Residential and Education buildings. This will involve facilitating regular fire alarm system testing, logging results, and undertaking ongoing redecoration to maintain high standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in building maintenance, general handy work, and planning and organizing work effectively. You should also be proficient in using IT systems, particularly MS Office packages.
