Senior Clinical Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Cardiac Catheter Lab Nurse to join our team as a Senior Clinical Specialist in Cardiology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career and make a significant impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor junior nurses in the cardiac catheter lab, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of educational programs and workshops for nursing staff.
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse with full NMC registration and extensive experience in cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
