About the Customer Relations Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Advisor to join our team at Fawkes & Reece (North). As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure compliance with the New Homes Quality Code
  • Facilitate complaint responses and provide detailed reports on complaint status
  • Action and issue customer care defects and maintain service level agreements
  • Monitor and respond to customer queries within agreed timescales
  • Source and identify customer plot and development information
  • Administer and update the 'Your Watch' database
  • Produce monthly reports and KPI reports for the region
Requirements
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent customer service communication skills
  • IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft packages
  • Experience working in a customer service role
  • Strong collaborative and team working skills
