We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Advisor to join our team at Fawkes & Reece (North). As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Main Responsibilities- Manage customer complaints and ensure compliance with the New Homes Quality Code
- Facilitate complaint responses and provide detailed reports on complaint status
- Action and issue customer care defects and maintain service level agreements
- Monitor and respond to customer queries within agreed timescales
- Source and identify customer plot and development information
- Administer and update the 'Your Watch' database
- Produce monthly reports and KPI reports for the region
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft packages
- Experience working in a customer service role
- Strong collaborative and team working skills
