About the Role

We are seeking a qualified therapist/counsellor with at least a year of experience to join our team as a Supervising Counsellor.

The main focus of this role is the assessment and formulation of referrals, supporting and overseeing the work of the Counsellors on Placement. You will also deliver some therapeutic work with children, including group/whole class work, while shaping the clinical delivery of services within the school.

This opportunity allows you to share best practices and develop clinical thinking, knowledge, and learning within a huge community of practitioners across the United Kingdom.

  • Estimated salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
