About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at JoJo Maman Bébé. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction, and store standards.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain store standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and coach team members to improve performance.
  • Manage store budgets, including inventory, labor, and overhead costs.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Store Manager or equivalent role in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high store standards.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems.
