We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Colleague at our Fareham Whiteley Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards.
- Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers and promoting our offers.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and secure store environment, adhering to health and safety procedures and reporting any incidents.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the store.
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and store performance, suggesting solutions to colleagues and management.
- A competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for pay increases and additional payments based on location and skills.
- A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to work fewer hours (minimum 12 hours) if desired.
