Project Manager Opportunity at Touchlight

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Touchlight, a leading company in the field of DNA manufacturing. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

About the Role:

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
  • Present updates to project team members and stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions.
  • Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree level or above in Business, life sciences, or related field.
  • At least three years of project management experience.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools and related processes.
  • Experience of working in a matrix organization.
  • PMP or Prince 2 is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
