About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Support Manager to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for leading our Green Mark operations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Green Mark operations team to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the membership base and increase client engagement
  • Work closely with customers to champion the Green Mark product and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage and lead a team of customer support specialists to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to create account plans and pilot projects
  • Develop a good understanding of client objectives and deliver on them
  • Manage client relationships, including delivering proposals and managing contracts
  • Work with the senior leadership team to manage the Green Mark budget and sales strategy
  • Attend conferences and industry events to promote Green Mark

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a customer service or business development manager role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability
  • Passionate about Sustainability and the environment
  • Strong understanding of the ESG marketplace
  • Self-motivated and able to perform duties independently
  • Exceptional written and spoken English vocabulary
  • Excellent presentation skills
