This is a temporary role to cover a maternity leave, providing an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a lasting impact.
Our restaurant is renowned for its high-quality menu, featuring locally sourced produce and homemade baked goods, all prepared in-house.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front and back of house operations, working closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the restaurant is set up and ready for service each day, maintaining a high level of presentation and cleanliness.
- Lead and develop your team to provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and efficient dining experience.
- Drive sales by promoting our menu offerings and creating visually appealing displays.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health and safety, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Plan and manage staff rotas, holidays, and stock levels within budget and service level requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a hospitality management role, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
