Cottage Cleaner

We are currently looking for Fpermanent full-time and part-time Cottage Cleaners to join us and be a part of the SCHLOSS Roxburghe Housekeeping team

We offer a **competitive salary of £10.90 per hour plus gratuities* **equating to potential earnings of £12.05 per hour (based on a 40-hour week) **and excellent employee benefits**. We have full-time and part-time positions available with various working patterns

As a SCHLOSS Roxburghe Cottage Hotel Cleaner you will be responsible for cleaning our luxury cottages according to the hotel's luxury standards.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- To consistently ensure that all the rooms and outdoor areas of the cottages are cleaned, prepared and presented to the luxury standards set out by SCHLOSS Roxburghe to ensure the best quality for our guests
- You will ensure that the furniture, equipment and appliances are in clean and flawless condition, well maintained
- To report any faults or broken items to Housekeeping management
- Ensure that all procedures concerning guest safety are followed including but not limited to; lost property, key control and confidentiality
- You will take pride in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of all guest areas

**Your Knowledge & Capabilities**:

- You are enthusiastic and have a positive personality with the ability to build genuine and trusting relationships
- You are a brilliant multi-tasker and able to organise your time effectively
- You have a key eye for detail and take pride in your work
- You enjoy working as part of a team as much as you enjoy working independently
- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels

**Proven Experience/Qualifications**:

- Previous housekeeping experience is not essential as full training will be given
- All applicants must have right to work in the UK
