F45 Training

F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. With over 1,750 studios in 45 countries and over half a million members worldwide, F45 is the fastest-growing fitness franchise in the world.

Job Details
  • Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
  • Incentive/Commission: Yes
  • Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum) - 12 hours of coaching
  • Leave: 28 Days per annum (incl. Bank Holidays)
Job Description

The Studio Manager is responsible for the growth and operations of their studio and team. This includes leading membership sales, maintaining the standard of excellence in the studio, and onboarding new team members. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, fitness management, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive membership sales and meet performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure membership growth and retention
  • Engage the local community to drive awareness and studio launch
  • Manage Mindbody and Loyalsnap
Operations
  • Manage daily operations of the studio
  • Manage studio operating expenses and payroll budgets
  • Manage vendors and suppliers
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the studio
  • Maintain serviceability of training equipment
Community
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example
  • Execute community calendar promotions and events
  • Develop and execute F45 8/6 week Challenge plans
Brand Recognition
  • Ensure compliance with F45/FS8 business policies and standards
  • Assist with special projects, events, and promotions
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and model behavior
Team Leadership
  • Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop a dynamic team of fitness trainers and staff
  • Track and ensure accuracy of all mandatory education certifications/training for trainers
  • Train and manage staff by prescribed BBG methods
  • Develop a high-energy culture through purpose-driven and incentive-based motivation
  • Plan and coordinate shift schedule and ensure smooth running of daily class schedule
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the team
Prerequisites
  • Level 3 PT Qualifications
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
  • 2+ years of proven sales leadership in the Health & Fitness industry
  • 3+ years of management experience, including staff management
  • Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions
  • Outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office programs and MindBody
