About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Bids Specialist to join our team at Colliers. In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for leading the bid process through all stages of key pitches, collaborating with fee-earning teams to deliver compelling, well-written, and accurate bids.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive bid strategies, ensuring compliance and content delivery throughout the pitch process.
  • Utilize project management techniques to plan, organize, and control the bid process, driving it forward with personal responsibility.
  • Coach business lines through all stages of the bid, providing them with tools and guidance to ensure success.
  • Partner with clients (internal and external) at all levels, fostering effective relationships and articulating a clear win strategy for each bid.
  • Maintain and develop pursuit trackers and OJEU monitoring systems.
  • Manage bid strategy meetings and collaborate with internal and external partners on client engagement events.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of commercial bids, business development, and/or marketing experience in the commercial real estate services industry.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of delivering timely bids in both private and public sectors, adhering to compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating stakeholders to perform well in a pitch environment while maintaining positive relationships with clients.

About You

You should have exceptional project management skills, enabling you to handle multiple projects concurrently while working to tight deadlines. Your flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and ability to work outside regular hours will be crucial in this role. We estimate your annual salary to be around $100,000-$120,000, depending on your location and level of experience.
