Path Recruitment Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales and Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the North London and Essex areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales and business development

Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Industry experience in construction hire, ground shoring, tanker services, temporary accommodation, waste management, drainage, utilities, plant hire, non-mechanical plant hire, and tool hire

Location: North London or Essex
