Ktpws is seeking a highly skilled Council Services Delivery Coordinator to join their Neighbourhood Housing team. As a Council Services Delivery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient and effective support to the wider Neighbourhood Housing locality teams.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of council services delivery, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with colleagues to promote all aspects of council services delivery, ensuring that our housing services are delivered to the highest standard.
About the Role:
This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of £29,469.51 - £30,291.66 per year, with 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work from home, office, or multiple locations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of council services delivery duties within Neighbourhood Housing
- Support the wider Neighbourhood Housing locality teams
- Promote all aspects of council services delivery policies and implementation of procedures for the Housing Service
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of council services delivery. A keen eye for detail and ability to work independently are also essential.
