Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Halecroft Recruitment. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Wealth Management business by administering and progressing mortgage applications, managing leads, and liaising with clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and progress mortgage applications, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage leads and client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Collaborate with lenders and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates to clients.
  • Update CRM records and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Conduct research on lenders and client affordability, obtaining key facts illustrations and quotations as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in mortgage administration, preferably within the independent market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical knowledge of mortgage and protection terminology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
