The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvement and mitigate risks.

About you:

  • You should have at least 5 years of experience in quality management with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within a multinational organisation.
  • You should have experience in implementing full QMS and obtaining ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional are highly desirable.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, strong organisational skills, and the ability to influence the entire organisation.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000-£100,000 per year, depending on experience. The role is based in Northamptonshire but offers hybrid working with occasional international travel.
