CLH Benchmark is seeking an experienced Highway Construction Manager to lead our Highways & River contracts team in the Kent area. As a key figure, you will oversee the planning and execution of setting out duties, ensuring seamless project delivery.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement effective site sample/performance testing strategies to meet contract specifications.
  • Conduct regular hazard/risk assessments and maintain method statements to safeguard the workplace.
  • Collaborate with the site QS/Project Manager to provide essential information for record-keeping and claims purposes.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors to drive business growth.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance, leveraging Leica/Geomax equipment and AutoCAD data transfer.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of ITPs (Inspection Test Plans) and quality assurance processes.
  • Full UK driving license, with willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Package Offered:
  • Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
