Senior Piping Engineering Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Offshore Pipeline Engineer to join our team at EFAB Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality piping engineering and design work for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engineering Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior engineers, ensuring that all piping engineering and design work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  2. Piping Engineering and Design: Develop and deliver piping specifications, drawings, and data sheets in accordance with project quality plans and applicable codes and legislation.
  3. Project Management: Manage small-sized piping projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  4. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare accurate piping engineering estimates and manage discipline engineering budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Requirements:

  1. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of piping industry standards, technology, and norms within the Oil & Gas, Petrochem, and Energy sectors.
  2. Software Proficiency: Be familiar with electronic tools and software used by piping engineering departments, particularly Iso generation packages.
  3. Communication Skills: Represent the company as an expert in piping engineering, contributing to the provision of a centre of excellence within the East region.
