Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and assist the Food and Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
  • Manage the operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and compliance with brand standards.
  • Develop, manage, and train the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service and maximize sales and revenue opportunities.
  • Work within budgeted guidelines to control food costs, liquor costs, and payroll.
