About Us:

At Apex Hotels, we pride ourselves on our warm welcome to our guests. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team in Waterloo Place Hotel.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about food and drink, and has excellent attention to detail to provide consistent standards. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be involved in a varied role, working across bar, restaurant, conference and room service facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly, welcoming environment to promote guest loyalty
  • Gain knowledge of our menus offerings and food and alcohol standards
  • Be involved in a structured 12 week learning journey to develop new skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Deliver excellent standards and use initiative
  • Have a customer service attitude and the ability to multi-task and organise a variable work load
  • Provide excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to provide a Warmer Welcome to our guests
