About the Role

Avidity is seeking an experienced Sales and Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with retail partners, training store staff on the latest innovations, and driving product sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Avidity in retail stores, delivering engaging content and leading virtual events
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, including John Lewis and Curry's
  • Provide valuable retailer insight and drive product sales through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Create engaging content, including training assets and creative materials, to support key projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a retail environment or supporting a brand
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with retail partners
  • Experience using video editing software and creating engaging content
  • Social media user with experience managing a page or community (desirable)

  • A competitive salary of £27,500 per annum + quarterly performance bonus (£770 per quarter/£3,080 per annum)
