Job Title: Mental Health Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in the last 3 years or completion of a Return to Practice within the last 3 years in your area of specialism.
  • Good range knowledge/appreciation of a range of models of practice in social and health care, including experience of delivering CBT based interventions.
