Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a leading mental health hospital in the Gwent, Wales area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care to patients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, families, and carers.
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary teams, sharing knowledge and expertise to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Participate in patient assessments, care planning, and monitoring, ensuring individualized and evidence-based practice.
  • Support and mentor junior staff members, promoting a culture of learning and development.
Requirements:
  • Qualified as an RMN or RNLD Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • High level of self-motivation, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
  • Commitment to high-quality care, values, and evidence-based practice.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £34,000 - £40,125 per annum, depending on experience.
