About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Seagrove Ward team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assessment, treatment, and support to individuals within our Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest professional standard of care, assessment, treatment, and support to patients within the Service.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide flexible and individualized patient care in a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Act as a role model to Support Workers and other staff, and contribute to new service developments.
