Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a leading mental health hospital in the Gwent, Wales area.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to provide high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorder.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized care and support to patients
  • Developing and maintaining therapeutic relationships
  • Conducting patient assessments and compiling care plans
  • Leading shifts and mentoring junior staff members
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualification as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disability (RNLD)
  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality care
