About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients, including assessment, treatment, and support.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in research studies.
  • Work flexibly across Mental Health Services, demonstrating a high level of clinical expertise and leadership.
