About the Role

As a SEN teaching assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), particularly those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You'll work closely with our experienced teaching staff to provide individualized support, promote learning, and foster a positive school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEND, particularly SEMH needs, in a collaborative and inclusive environment
  • Assist teaching staff with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
  • Provide individualized support to students, promoting their learning and well-being
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive school culture
