About the Role:

OHC&AT seeks a highly skilled Speech Therapist to work with students who require support with speech and language development. As a key member of our education staff, you will collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate therapy into the classroom environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills. A strong knowledge of assessment and intervention techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Other benefits include full-time employment, 36 hours per week, Term Time Only, with one day of flexible working from home negotiable.

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
