About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Director to join our team at Daytime Healthcare Recruitment Limited.

The successful candidate will support the Service Manager in delivering safe, high-quality services for service users. This includes:

  • Assisting the Service Manager in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Managing and monitoring service budgets to ensure accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support services.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local authority commissioners and other stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and managing service budgets.

We offer a competitive salary of £41,000 - £46,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive:
