Learning and Development Specialist

Austin Fraser is seeking a talented Learning and Development Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will have the freedom to manage your own time, providing expert coaching and mentorship to ensure a smooth apprenticeship journey. With full training and ongoing support, you will be equipped to inspire and engage learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Exceptional Teaching Practices: Develop and deliver innovative teaching methods that foster creativity and problem-solving skills in learners.
- Mentor and Support Learners: Provide professional guidance and support to help learners achieve their full potential and successfully progress within the business.
- Assess and Monitor Progress: Effectively assess and monitor learner progress, ensuring occupational competence in line with standards and legislative requirements.
- Develop Innovative Learning Content: Design and deliver learning content as part of a blended learning pedagogy, focused on delivering vocational excellence.
Requirements: A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with additional benefits including a pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
