Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to manage the development and submission of proposals for new projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and excellent IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and submit high-quality proposal submissions.
  • Manage the implementation of best practice across all projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities.

Requirements:
  • A degree in quantity surveying (degree level preferable).
  • Proficient IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • UK working experience and a full UK Passport.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
