Responsibilities

The Community Pastor will be responsible for leading our congregation in worship, spiritual growth, and outreach. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing programs that align with our church's mission and vision
  • Leading worship services with biblically-based messages
  • Collaborating with our consistory to determine and utilize the strengths and spiritual gifts of our congregation
  • Connecting with the local community outside of the church and fostering relationships among all age groups

A salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year is estimated based on industry standards and location.
