About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Quality Improvement Manager to join our team at North Cumbria Primary Care Ltd.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care to make a real difference in the lives of patients and their families.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in General Practice, management, and prioritizing workload. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of quality improvement initiatives, supporting Patients and Practice Teams, and working closely with Clinical Quality Managers, Senior Leaders, and Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience
  • Collaborate with Practice Teams and Senior Leaders to drive continuous improvement
  • Support the development and facilitation of Patient Participation Groups and communication strategies
  • Manage complaints, incidents, and claims in accordance with expected standards
  • Contribute to the creation of a culture that values and promotes patient-centered care

Person Specification:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Extensive experience in General Practice or a similar environment
  • Proven ability to lead and influence others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: North Cumbria
