Overview
Belinda Roberts Ltd, a fast-growing retail business, seeks an experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Client Success. This position involves working with prominent retailers and focusing on high-level sales/account management.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing client relationships and developing strategies for growth. Experience in logistics or supply chain is beneficial but not essential. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining strong connections with clients, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective client relationship management strategies
- Maintain open communication channels with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales/account management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Experience working with blue-chip retailers is advantageous
Benefits
This office-based role offers a competitive basic salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, bonus structure, and additional perks. There may also be opportunities for travel to clients as required.
