Assistant Executive Housekeeper Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Kimpton Fitzroy London. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Executive Housekeeper in the effective management of the housekeeping team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all aspects of housekeeping.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Monitor and maintain high-quality standards, adhering to IHG 5S Way of Clean and departmental KPIs.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, driving results and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of coaching and training.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results and improve processes.
  • Knowledge of systems such as Opera and Microsoft suite, with experience in service optimization tools like LQA and knowcross.
  • Thorough understanding of statutory regulations and compliance.
