Housekeeping Assistant Executive Job Description

NYX Hotel London Holborn, a leading hotel in the heart of London, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Assistant Executive to join their team. As a key member of the housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular room checks to ensure compliance with company standards
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency in room cleaning
  3. Analyze guest data to optimize resource allocation and materials management
  4. Maintain strong relationships with hotel staff, suppliers, and guests to ensure seamless communication and best practice implementation
  5. Identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  6. Adhere to health and safety policies, maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  7. Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping team members to ensure exceptional service delivery
  8. Meet and exceed financial targets, managing expenditure and payroll effectively
  9. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and performance
  10. Solve routine challenges and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency
